Preaching the gospel is the way to win souls. We must do our best to preach the gospel. Romans 1:16-17.
To win a soul, we must be right in our understanding of doctrines, so that we do not end up promoting the doctrines of men. Matthew 15:13, 1 Timothy 6:3-5, and 2 John 1:9.
Our lifestyle should be exemplary, making others glorify God and affirm that He has indeed been good to us. Matthew 5:16.
Our attitude is also crucial. We must have the right attitude to avoid hiding the light of the gospel under a bushel. Though the truth sets us free, the pathway to receiving it is through our attitude. John 8:32 and Ephesians 4:15.
We must have might, which is received from the power of God's word. When we encounter a difficult soul, we should take them to God in prayer so that they do not die in sin. Hebrews 4:12.
We must have sight, which means that we should be able to look beyond the present into eternity. Our faith in God should be alive. Hebrews 11:6 and 11:13.
We must fight to win souls. Mark 16:15. It is not easy to teach a sinner to leave a sinful life, but using the word of God, we can conquer every soul.
If we must win souls, we must be willing and ready to fight for them in prayer and also pray against errors. 1 Timothy 1:18.
